This License Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of audio files downloaded from El-Shaddai Sounds. By downloading or purchasing any sound, you agree to the terms below.

1. General License Overview

All audio files provided on El-Shaddai Sounds are royalty-free.

This means:

  • You pay once (or download for free where applicable)
  • You may use the sound in your projects without paying ongoing fees
  • You do not owe royalties to El-Shaddai Sounds for usage

Ownership of the sound files remains with El-Shaddai Sounds.

2. Free Downloads License

Premium sound packs include an extended royalty-free license.

You MAY:

  • Use in monetised YouTube videos
  • Use in client projects
  • Use in films, documentaries, and broadcasts
  • Use in church livestreams and recorded services
  • Use in podcasts and online courses

Attribution:

  • Not required for premium downloads

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell or redistribute the sound files
  • Include the sounds in another sound library or template
  • Claim authorship of the sounds

4. Prohibited Uses (All Downloads)

You may not:

  • Sell, sublicense, or redistribute the files
  • Offer the files for free elsewhere
  • Use the sounds as standalone products
  • Upload full sounds to streaming services

5. Intellectual Property

All sounds remain the intellectual property of El-Shaddai Sounds.

Downloading a sound grants you a license to use, not ownership.
